CHANGE MY WITHDRAWAL METHOD - I AM GETTING TIRED OF THIS PLATFORM

I ordered a Payoneer - Fiverr Revenue Card, verified my account and activated the card. It's been days now and I still can't use it.

I want to withdraw funds from Fiverr to my Payoneer card.

I click:  on the earnings site. 

Next thing I see is:

 

I confirm via SMS and open an email that appears right after:

After opening the link from the email I see this:

If I click anything I see:

TALKED WITH "SUPPORT" THEY SENT ME TO PAYONEEER, TALKED WITH PAYONEER AND THEY'VE SENT ME BACK TO FIVERR... FIX IT.
