Why I am not getting orders? I only got spam messages from fiverr select buyers

Hi,

I am an active seller on fiverr and I specalise in computer error solving, optimizing and tech support. From past few months I am only getting fake messages, buyers just come and describe their issue and then they just went away in the hell, literaly they did not have ever replied back. This really matters to me.
