How to see buys details on ‘buyers request’

I often send proposals to clients on buyers request; I would like to address the buyers by their names, however, when I click on the buyer, there is no link that redirects me to their details. I am neither able to read their names nor inbox them directly. Is this the same for everyone? and if not, please advise me on how to get this information? What do you do? And how do you address potential clients on buyers request?
