What I do with this type buyer?

I am a label logo designer. Buyer just came to my gig (label sticker badge patch round circular vintage candle brands logo design), placed an order and gone with leaving his company name and product name. Now he doesn't reply my message. What can I do?

Hi, I see that you have in your gig all your requirements specified, so in this case its clearly a fault from buyers part (also its logical information you will want to provide when asking for a logo).

In this cases what you can do is contact CS, the thing is that with gigs that have such a fast delivery time, probably CS will answer you when the order's time has run out. However, this is the only thing I think you can do if your buyer won't answer.

In the future, you might want to add some required fileds to your gig requirements section, so the buyer will be forced to give you this kind of crucial information before placing an order.
