If you include references to your work in buyer requests, your chances of getting the job will greatly increase. So always use your references while making buyer request

Not exactly, @shisirbala - you have a better chance of getting the job if you carefully read the request and show how you can solve the buyer's problem. Simply sharing references won't get you the job.

1st you need to read carefully and understand what need to do and then explain how you can do the work perfectly.

First understand what the buyer wants or what you need to do for the work he wants. Tell the buyer that I will do your work. Describe the job the buyer wants and tell the buyer I can get the job done to you with exact dimensions.
