SELLER TO CANCEL ORDER OR BUYER, WHICH ONE WILL NOT HAVE MORE NEGATIVE EFFECT TO MY ACCOUNT

Pls can someone accept dispute open by buyer to cancle order or it will be more preferable to reject and open it myself?

About your question -

What is the reason for the cancelation?

If it's due to buyer error, it shouldn't hurt your seller statistics as long as you contact Fiverr Customer Support and cancel through them.

If it's a mutual cancelation, it will hurt your seller stats, so it doesn't matter if the buyer or seller initiates the cancelation through the Resolution Center.

Always cancellation is good through Fiverr customer support.

Whatever buyer or seller cancel any order it will affect seller performance.

You can extend time instead of cancellation.
