What we can do when buyer ask to communicate outside?

I'm an email deliverability and email marketing consultant and selling on Fiverr.

Can any one tell me what I can do when some one (buyer) will ask to communicate outside of Fiverr?

This can happen for various reasons and most of the time is because the buyer isn't aware of Fiverr's TOS. So the best you can do is politely indicate that the TOS forbids any form of outside communication and any tool you may need for developing the project you can find it within Fiverr.

Yes It is true fiverr does not allow you to go to another platform so it is best to not to go with that
