buyer request problem

i'm unable to see buyer request since a week any solution about solving this problem

I have seen less buyer requests every day for the past two months. Fiverr is in the middle of upgrading buyer requests and will be replacing it with buyer briefs. You can read more about it here:

If you can still access Buyer Requests, try checking it at different times. Buyers may be more active at different times of the day, depending on your customers. I couldn't see any buyer requests until I realized all my customers were in the US time zone (I am in Japan). Once I started checking during US business hours, I saw more Buyer Request.
