How long does it take for a new gig to appear in search results ? How long does fiverr actually keep it under observation ?

If your gigs are Active, your gigs will appear in search. As long as you keep your gig active, Fiverr's algorithms will "keep it under observation" by monitoring your quality and business metrics to match you with buyers. How well you perform in search depends on you, your seller performance, and how well you stack up to the competition. If you are doing better than your competition, you'll be more visible in search.
