Order Cancelled after completion

Hi, I have complete a order 2 months ago and buyer gave me a very good review on my profile. But today he requested to fiverr for the cancellation of order and order is cancelled. Is there no any process like fiverr ask seller that someone have tried to cancel the order and is there no time limit mean buyer can cancel order whenever he want.????

Unfortunately, the buyer can cancel the order even after a long time. It is very sad that. Did you ask the buyer? Why does he want to cancel the order?
