Fiverr Desktop Inbox doesn't update Realtime.

I am using Google Chrome (Version 104.0.5112.102)

Recently I notice that a client massage me, but I can't see it in my Fiverr Web inbox (Desktop). But I can see it on my Phone's Fiverr App.

After refreshing the Desktop page, I can see it.

Another problem I face is that when sending any image on Fiverr inbox, it checks the virus. But doesn't show any indication that files are uploading or virus checking or processing.

For this, my client and I send each file multiple times.

Has anyone faced such problems?
