How can I find the correct buyer from a buyer's requests?

1) Is it actually a Request? If it's an ad, move on.

Edit: 4) Are you actually interested in the job? If you can't get invested in the work, if you think it'll be a 'grit-your-teeth' to get it done: move on. Same goes for tasks that go against your morals/ethics or any Terms of Service involved. Move on.

If I understand your question correctly: Not everyone who joins Fiverr also joins the forums. However, the advanced search function will let you search for members.
