Rant ahead (gotta vent)...
I tried Fiverr years ago and gave up because I made no money and buyers wanted the world for nothing, ignored the Gig parameters no matter how specific they were, etc.
I decided to give it another shot, and it's even worse than I remember. So far, I've had 1 Order for $300, of which Fiverr takes 20%, and the kicker is I won't even see that for 2 weeks because Fiverr holds it for 14 days (and makes money off of it I'm pretty sure). Because I screwed up (I admit it) and put Unlimited Revisions, I'm now at about $2/hour on this order because they're taking FULL advantage of it.
A new wrinkle on Fiverr is how many scammers there are. EVERY day I get at least one scammer sending me a message.
I learned a long time ago that the cheapest clients are the worst clients. FACT. And that seems to be all that's on this site.
So, yeah, I'm tired of this site. Tired of the BS. Tired of the scammers.
I might leave my account active, but I'll be spending my energy somewhere else until Fiverr does more to block the scammers and spammers, and when Buyers stop treating Sellers like cr*p.

Spam for me always seemed the worse when I had less than 10 orders. I also made the mistake of unlimited revisions and low prices as well. However, spam is still pretty bad as a Level 2 seller. No one can avoid it - all we can do is mark the messages as spam and report the buyers.

I don't mind Fiverr's 20% fee because I'm not doing any marketing myself. I do have a website that I get orders from, but the returns are nothing like what I can get on Fiverr. So I'm not complaining. This income allows me to work from home and have more freedom.

I'm also on the Seller Plus program, so I can get paid right after the order closes, if I choose that option. I take all my earnings out at the beginning of the month, so on the last orders of the month, I choose the early payout option so that I can include that in my monthly withdrawal. Otherwise, I wait for the 7-day hold to release my funds.

You could edit your gig to remove the unlimited revisions from the premium package so it doesn't happen again ie. set it to a limited amount (though Fiverr doesn't disable the revision option for buyers when the set amount of revisions is reached, but it can help prevent it or can help get paid for revisions if they know more revisions will be chargeable).
