Free gifs for commercial use

I guess downloading gifs from the web and editing them in video or with text is not allowed.

Where do I download the free Gifs? I want to show clients that I will animate their gifs or images. But without a practical example, I don't know what to add in the gig as images.

If you can animate still images, you can use pexels.com. All those are free to use stock images
