Delivery day and late

Hey friends, 

My delivery time is set for 24 hours but the time me and the client agree to have the session delivery at a different time and it will be delivered after 11 hours from the time where my 24hours over. Will it be a problem? Can you please share your ideas and experiences?

You will need to request an official change of delivery date through the Resolution Center (otherwise the order will be considered late, and it'll hurt your seller stats):

1. Click on Resolution Center:

2. Click on "Extent the delivery time"

From there you can select the delivery time that you agreed upon.

IF you don't deliver the order before deadline your delivery rate will decrease that is bad of your profile. You can't complete the order in time then you should send time extend request to your buyer through resolution center.
