Is this request a scam?

I'm very new to fiverr, and I just received my first message/inquiry. I suspect it's a scam, but would like another opinion. It reads: "Hi. Can you help me with home business? <link to Google Doc> it's my idea. please check it out and let me know your thoughts."

I'm reluctant to click on the link. Any insights or suggestions on how to handle it would be appreciated.

I think I got my answer. User can no longer be contacted.

Its scam, do not click or reply to such querries, you should immidiately mark user spam or report to Fiverr.
