Changed order through resolution center not taking effect?

I sent a request through the resolution center to change the order price and the client accepted the new price.

The resolution appears as accepted but the price remains unchanged in the order description and the client says they haven't been charged that extra. Does the change take time to update? Or is this an error?

You could reach out to customer support for more help with this, or alternatively, just send the buyer a custom order extra inside the order instead. You'll find that option at the bottom, near the input box for messages.
