Why my buyer massage is deposit on spam?

Hi everyone! I am a new seller in Fiverr please help me with some advice, why buyer's message is deposited in my fiverr spam? And I don't get any notifications?

Hi there, the message was moved to spam because the buyer was likely spamming you, deleted their account, or violated Fiverr terms and conditions. Either way, this will not negatively affect you or your statistics, and you have not lost a real client. Fiverr scammers and spammers are very common, and unfortunately it seems one of them likely messaged you. Even if the message seemed safe when you got it, fiverr may have flagged them based on their other behaviours. They would have probably never given you a real order.

@joyh97Hi.Thank you very much for giving me important advice. I was afraid that why my buyer's message was deposited in spam. I thought maybe there was a problem with my Fiverr account. That's why outside messages were being deposited in spam. Let's finally get rid of my anxiety. Thank you again
