Did not receive funds

(Edit: This is on my husband's account) Fund were paid to payoneer account as always. Funds cleared and showed successful transfer from fiverr... it's been maybe 6 weeks.... no money received in payoneer yet. Send a mail about 3 weeks ago got a reply fiverr will sort it out...and then no feedback from there and no money
