Buyer Request send failed

Yesterday I got a buyer request. Then I reply to the request but I couldn't did that. Why this happened

If you be a new seller then you can see buyer request for a short time and you have to send buyer request very fast according to your client's requirements.

There you can see some fake buyer request so don't worry.

When I am going to send a reply to buyer request there show a verification issue. Why shows that

You should have sent your request immediately, Maybe the buyer hired another freelancer in that time.
