I can't contact my buyer via Fiverr Chat; only through the Order Page

I can't suddenly contact my buyer via Fiverr Chat; only through the Order Page. I cannot also see his reviews from sellers. What does this mean?

It can be a Bug of fiverr , Stay connected it will be Okay , If not then feel free to contact with the support they will solve your problem easily , Happy freelancing mate!

Try to Open the Buyer Profile link In another browser, If it is a bug then It will open, Otherwise you will be redirected to Fiverr home page because Buyer account got suspended.
