Order cancelation

rs_rahaman

Question

Hello, Fiverr Forum Member`s Team! I am RS_Rahman. I have completed 8 orders and 1 order was canceled because the buyer asked for some additional things. And he didn't understand me what he wanted. Because he did not know English well. Then I report to the support team.
After canceling the order I completed 2 more orders and got 5start reviews and good feedback and also got $10 tips on a $5 order. But today it's been 5 days since I don't get any orders and no buyer message. And my gig rank is fine. rather more than before. please help me to get another order with a tip. thank you.

Hi @rs_rahaman, Welcome to the forum! 😊

It can take time to build a business and it's normal to go 5 days without an order or inquiry, especially when you are just starting out and have less than 10 reviews. I looked at your profile and you have many happy customers - so keep delivering good, quality work and find ways to make your customers happy. That will give your gig better exposure in search and will make it easier for buyers to find your services. The forum is also a great place to learn how you can improve your business.

Here are a few articles that you can read to get started (note: there are a lot of links in the first one):
