Customer wants refund after delivery

Question

Although I have clearly stated in my gig and in my description, the customer says that she does not like all the templates after she receives them, even though she sees them on my gig, and she wants a refund, she already get the all templates.. what should I do?

Don't give her the refund, and accept you may get a bad rating,

Or give the refund, and avoid a potential bad rating.

Which option is better is a personal choice than only you can make. For me, when I was still a new seller, I mostly focussed on avoiding any bad ratings. Now that I have a lot of reviews, I am more firm with my clients and do not let them take advantage of me so much, because I know a couple of bad ratings from bad clients won't affect me too much.
