virtual assistant skill test failed

How much time does the virtual assistant take to give an answer to the skill test? It didn't last more than 40 seconds. Then why was it canceled?

I seem to not understand your question, but if your test was abruptly interrupted and you believe the "Failed" score was a bug you should write CS about it. 

If, on the other hand, you just failed the test, you should know that

I have already given 2 times.
But that's the problem. Why doesn't it take more than 30 seconds?
After I gave 5 to 6 answers it cut to automatic
