Buyer sms in spam that's why any problem in fiverr account.

I send buyer request. Then the buyer knock me. I see the sms in sms box. A sometime chatting the buyer sms go to spam. then I reply some sms and i direct said the buyer I cannot break fiverr rule. that's any problem in my account future.
