Buyer dropped me On 4⋆⋆⋆⋆ Rating. Now, I can't send Buyer request. My Question is- How Can I recover 4⋆⋆⋆⋆ rating to 5⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆? Or What Can I do to get my next Order? uk1000 Posted August 28, 2021 Share Posted August 28, 2021 (edited) You got a 5 star review a couple of hours ago. So now it says your avg rating is 4.5. I assume that should now let you send offers to buyer requests (since 90% of 5 is 4.5 and it's saying you need at least 90% positive rating). If it still doesn't let you maybe it will after just 1 more positive rating (you could see doing a ctrl F5 and re-trying if it doesn't let you sent offers right now). Also be careful not to say anything to buyers that might make CS think you are pressuring them about the review, since if they try to change it after it can sometimes get the seller a warning. As a new seller, you have to get 5 star positive rating form buyer, then you will be able to send buyer request again. Profile Rating calculates based on total number of all orders ratings under your account's all gigs. I got an order from an buyer in he rated me very low due to which I can not make an offer rather a message is apprearing saying"You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers!" I got 3.2 star and after that i cannot send Buyer Request . now i have 4.4 Rating and still cannot send any BR i am new and wont Get any Order without Sending BR .
