I got a 2.7 rating from an unsatisfied client, she was in need of SEO audits, I did what I could but because she did not see a boost in her sales she gave me 2.7 rating. Keep in mind, she ordered my gig for SEO audits that is increase in organic traffic. I ranked her higher, but she wanted sales, I did not guarantee that. Right now im struggling, its been a month and I have not received an order. I expected July to be a fast month for me, but seeing how things are its been really slow. You have to maintain at least 4.7 with other criteria ( at least 90% ) during 60 days in period for sending buyer request. If you complete some orders, your rating will increase periodically. I saw that I can only send any Buyer Request when I have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers. My question is simply how I can have some gigs if I can't send offers. For BR privileges, they only count the positive rating statistics (which should be over 4.7). I started with my order completion rate metrics at a grand 0% after I cancelled my first ever order on fiverr. I was still able to send offers on BR. It can take one hour, one day or one year. You should try to market your gigs outside Fiverr. I have informed the buyer about my problem and we agreed to cancel the order; So I send him a cancel request and the client accepted it. but now my order conversion rate is 50% and when I am visiting the buyer request page to send new buyer request it shows a note on top of the page "You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers!" and I can not send new buyer request. Please suggest me how to overcome this situation and if I can't send new buyer request then what will happen to my account? In order to be able to send buyer request your average rating has to be 90% positive (4.5* if I'm not wrong). But I can't make an offer becouse I mustn't have at least %90 positive rating. It's my FIRST job on fiverr. I only completed 1 JOB. Isn't this nonsense? I can get an order while blocking new buyer requests. Blocking "buyer requests" in my first job is ridiculous. Please help me pleaseee.
