Hello everyone
I am new here and just made my first order
Reviews as Seller 4.3(1)
When I open the requests page I get this message (You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers!)

  • How come 4.3 is not a good review?
  • If I complete a second order with 5/5 review will the 90% problem be fixed?
  • How can the buyer who gave me 4.3 change the review?

Caution: DO NOT SOLICIT your Buyer about their review!! That is breaking the Fiverr ToS. Asking for Reviews - This is what CS said

I am not… i was just asking.

What if i got another order and the buyer give me 5 stars… will that fix the 90% problem?

A 4.3 star rating is pretty good, but you must have a 4.7 star rating in order to leave offers to BRs.

Yes! If you complete another order with a 5 star review, then your problem will be fixed.

Once a buyer leaves a review, it can’t be changed unless it violates the TOS. Also, never mention reviews in a conversation with a buyer because you could get a warning.

I have completed an order completely but the buyer gave me a 3.7 rating. I gave him a full rating. As a result of my 3.7, I can’t send any more buyer requests. Just show “You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers!”
What can be a better and easy solution for me, please?

Hey hi. My fiverr is show 60/60 days last 2 days but thia rating is not show N/A. I wait last 1 month for this days. Becouse my rating is 2.3* and that why i did not sent buyer request. Now my 60 was complete so why i did not sent buyer request now?

BR and 60days do not work like that. You need 4.7 rating. Ratings do not change over time if you do not have orders.

Your statistics for ratings do not reset at 60 days. 

Your warnings and delivery time/response time changes (reset after 60 days), but not ratings.

Though I think the message is that you need a 90% positive rating, which I think means 4.5 stars (90% of 5), unless they actually mean 90% of rates need to be positive (but I don’t think it’s that).

When I saw this review I felt happy. My happiness turn into depression when I got that I didn’t send the offer to the buyer’s request. I’m unable to send offers to buyers requests. I must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers! As a new seller, it is very difficult to get more orders without buyer requests. Another problem is that my gig impression is not increasing after getting this review. What should I do? 😦

A 4.3 star review is not the end of the world but it does hurt additionally since it is your first review and you’ll be trying to crawl up from a deficit for a while.

The only thing you can do is hope you receive more orders and hope you receive higher rated reviews to boost up your average.

You’ll not be able to rely on Buyer Requests, but BR is normally a terrible place to find meaningful work. Focus on optimizing your gig pages, as those are critical to one’s possible success (or failure) on Fiverr.

Hello,

I am new seller and I have completed 2 orders. I got 4.7 rating on an average. I get a message saying I must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers (buyer requests). I cannot see any buyer requests.

Now, since I’m new, I am not getting much orders. Also, I cannot send buyer requests. How should I manage this situation?

Hello Friends. 

I just done my 2nd order on Fiverr really so much Exited and got 4.3 Rate but unfortunately found ALERT on top of my account ( You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers! ) and showing Zero byrs request left. You know without buyer request how I get order to improve the rating so need help and solution if anybody know PLEASE…

Hi, everyone!

I got my first order a couple of days ago through a buyer request. I delivered it successfully, and the buyer paid a tip too. But he had left a 4-star rating which led to show my overall rating to (4).

Now. I can’t offer for buyer request as it says “You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers!”

So what will happen next?

To send buyers request, You must have 4.7 rating. Now you can’t send buyer request.
Increase your rating. To increase your rating you must complete orders. To get orders on your gig make your gig ranked in the first 10-20 pages so that buyers can find you. hope you will get orders from there. And if you got orders please try to provide much better service to have positive feedback…
Then you will be able to send buyers request. hope for the best.

I Completed just 2 orders in Fiverr with 3.8 profile rating. Now I can’t able to offer any buyer request and someone advice me that My account won’t come back in regular situation within 2 months, better I delete my account as it’s new. I really got frustrated. It’s just my ruin at starting!
Is there any hope to come back from this situation within a week?
No buyer knock me when they see the the lowest rating! I got 5 star on my First work but the second delivery cause the problem with a 2.5 rating! I did the fastest delivery for him, He also like my design But a little bit communication problem he faced. But I did much for him. he is new to Fiverr, even don’t know how he use the source file. I explain him sincerely some TOS in Fiverr but still he give me the lowest rating. May be there is no use of saying it now.
Please Give some Tips for overcome this situation asap! Thank you!

As per me, the buyer 1st checks the Delivered work!

so! ratings affects the gig in search panel but the only one thing you can do is drive traffic from social channels! offer your service to someone, bring them to your fiverr profile! serve them as a professional and let them review according to your work!

according to me 1 single negative review and other better delivery and rating will bring the trust back on your gig and buyers will see the portfolio! Complete 10-15 good amount and quality orders! with a best response rate! and deliver on time and try to deliver faster than the quote time of delivery

not in a month! take your time and work! stable and consistency is the key! never get disappointed so early!

Also, make effective and better multiple gigs (but different from old, even if it falls under same service or category)
