Am unable to send a buyer request on iphone

I am unable to send offer on iphone .

Once I login to the app on iphone. Once I click on the buyer request button. It is not working and I can send offer. Also on the mobile website i am unable to send offer

Buyer Requests are no longer available on the app. You can only see them on your computer.
