Seller disappeared after asking a request. Need to remove the watermark.

Hi! I just asked for a logo, it was sent but I wanted to make some text a bit smaller...the seller didn't answer or sent anything else and I Don't have time and I can use the files he sent but I can't remove the watermark because I can't close the request...any solution? I know is fiverr the one who have to remove the watermark but I can't find the way.

 Thanks a lot, I'm in a rush.

My understanding is that you've asked for an - official - revision (on the order page.) As said before, you can't just remove the watermark and use the logo. The seller might be sleeping/busy. It sometimes takes me a day or two to finish up a revision (though I always communicate it to the buyers, some people might not.) Wait a bit and if there's no respond, remind the seller.

If you want to use the logo designed, you can just accept the delivery?

Did the seller already provided you with the source files on the last delivery?

You can't remove the fiverr watermark by yourself.

Plus, You didn't allowed to use the logo if you didn't paid it yet.

As long as the order delivery time is still on time, Your seller is not making any mistake here.
