GIG Image quality

I am new to fiverr and began setting up my first gig yesterday. However after I added an image to my gig I noticed, that it was kinda blurry. 

So my question is what the best export settings for a fiverr gig image are.

Yeah Ive already seen this but I dont know what to do other then exporting it as 1280 x 769 px, 72DPI

Do you have any other ideas what to change?

I used 1600 x 1076 px image for gigs. you can use this size.
