Give him time to provide the requirements. The timer does not start counting down until the requirements are provided. vickieito Posted August 22, 2022 Share Posted August 22, 2022 Some buyers are just really busy. I have one that placed an order in May, and she still hasn't filled out the order requirements. I sent her a message in June to let her know I haven't forgotten about her and that I'm ready to start whenever she's ready. She responded in July to say she was definitely going to get started tomorrow (then got busy again). I'm not worried. She already paid, and if she decides to cancel, it won't hurt my seller statistics because the order requirements haven't been submitted yet.
