It can be hard to get that first sale, especially in a competitive category such as logo design.

If you look at the image that you provided (below zero active orders), Fiverr has given you many resources to grow your business. Look at the "Upgrade Your Business" section. Fiverr's Help Center also has lots of information and resources available for sellers to optimize their gigs and improve their business. This information alone has helped me to become a Level 2 seller.
