is it bad to edit a gig description too much?

i noticed that my gig’s engagement has taken a nosedive suddenly, even after a very successful month. i also noticed that every time i make changes to my gig’s description, engagements also drop. does this happen to anyone else?

i adjust prices a lot, and overhauled the description, and sometimes i even change the title and tags. should i stop making edits to my gig for a while and let it settle where it is? and how long can i expect the “stagnation period” to last?

You know the answer but want people feedback. Gigs up's and down is comes under fiverr gig rotation. Because lots of other freelancer's gig also there. Some time your gig will get more impression some time not.

Of course yes. Even we also do not change any kind of stuff after creating a gig.

one more thing i’d like to ask here: my gig was popular under a certain title, but changing it kept it in stagnation. will changing it back to the previous “successful” title help it get back up?
