Are you strictly a Buyer? What do you think of Star Ratings?

I got an email from fiverr with a TRS who was praising the benefits of the star rating system. Basically he was saying that it will separate out the bad sellers so buyers can tell who the really good ones are, so for that reason it’s a great thing.
