MY GIGS ARE NOT VISIBLE WHILE TURNING ONLINE FILTER ON

Question

Hi, I am a full-time freelancer and using Fiverr since 2015. Nowadays I am facing a Sevier issue and want to discuss it and get it solved.

I remain Online for Hours (sometimes more than 10-12 hours) and continuously working on my laptop and checking my Fiverr account, interacting with my Fiverr account in different ways. But after remaining online for more than 10-12 hours, Gigs still not being shown through the Online filter and it shows me as Offline. It is a general practice, if a client search for a services then He/She prefer the Online Sellers and if anyone is not showing Online through "Online Filter" then how a seller will get the orders? That's the reason, my sales are down around 90-95% in last 2 months. Just getting some orders from regular customers.

I have checked the gigs status through my Laptop and My wife's laptop too, Gig's are visible on 1st ,2nd and 3rd pages but disappear after turning on the "Online Filter".
I contacted with Fiverr Support twice in  last 4,5 day  and told the situation, I got the reply that for visibility in the online filter, the Seller must have to remain online for 1 hour minimum, and interact with Fiverr like check buyer requests, etc. I have done everything for 10-12 hours continuously and haven't get the Online Result Yet.

Kindly help me and Please answer with a logical or accurate answer because sorry to say each time I don't receive a satisfactory response from Fiverr Support. I am really upset due to my Fiverr account situation.

Click on your profile picture, then on Settings. Are you set to Online there? If it says "GO OFFLINE FOR..." that means you're set to Online. 

Keep in mind that being online on Fiverr doesn't really help that much with your sales. It's a myth that you have to be online all the time. I'm a Top Rated Seller with 1700+ orders, and I'm only online for a couple of hours or so every day when delivering gigs or checking messages.

Hi, Yes I have already checked with that, it said I am online but infact I am not, when I turned it on after turning off once it shows my gigs online for few minutes but again same problem occurs repeatedly.

Clear browser cookies, it might help you. Or try another browser.
