Fiverr hasn't approve my seller profile.

I created my Seller profile and uploaded my first gig. But after publishing it looks like "We cannot approve your seller profile", I got this mail from Fiverr. Please tell me what should I do?

And my gigs page isn't opening, saying "This is only for approved sellers".
