this is Faiza nadeem I want to know that why I can't publish my gig and why is there no option there in my profile for gig kindly resolve this issue so I can create a new gig.

We can't possibly know that, based on your post here. If you have no option to create a gig, perhaps you haven't gone through the required verifications.
