1993 is a valid graduation year. I don't see why that wouldn't be a drop-down option to select.

Other profiles have 1993 there for their graduation year so it must be possible unless Fiverr have changed it. On Chrome when I click on it on my profile it shows all years from 1960 to 2022 (including 1993). You could try logging out, removing Fiverr cookies, logging in and re-trying.

You could also contact support at the helpdesk if needed.
