How long does it take Fiverr to approve the W9 form and what If I made mistakes in filling it out?

I learned about this site yesterday. I decided to offer my services for 3D printing and patent design.  Everything looks good except for this W9 thing.  I do live in the Unite States and I know I must pay for my taxes.  How long does it take for a person to review my W9 and let me publish my gigs?
