Buyer is not responding... what to do!?

Question

The order is running... but the buyer didn't supplied the measurement of the work... that he said he will be provide. But no response since...

I already sent a request for time but that is also expire by tonight... So, what will be the best practice for this type of case!?

It's a sunday. That's probably why your buyer isn't responding. Hopefully, they will respond to your request for more time on monday. If they don't, and they don't show up within a few days, willing to solve the problem, you could reach out to support for additional help. Usually, support will cancel the order without it affecting your rates, if a buyer disappears.
