My gig is still in draft ? What is the reason ?

Some gig (services) category need to pass the test on Fiverr related to that. Until you will not clear those test, you will not able to publish that gig and it will appear in draft.

in short - pass the test and publish the gig.

These tests are very easy. Pass the test first. 

You will be prompted for the test when you try to publish the gig.

You can publish the gig by going to draft. In that case if there is any problem in the skill test then you have to publish the gig after that to give that skill test. Also you can't publish gigs
