Payment withdrawl stuck issue

hi, i am a new seller on fiverr. i made a withdrawl 8th august on fiverr to payooner. it just stucked on wthithdrwal intiated. when i contact fiverr support they told me that payment withdrawl faild at fiverr end. but on my earning dashboard my funds is 0. how can i withdraw that payment twice. when i contact to payooner support they said everything ok in their side. what to do please tell me.

Even if the situation might seem panick-y I believe you should follow Millie's advice and get in touch with Payoneer CS. If you show them screenshot of the withdrawal, conversation with Fiverr's CS and explain thoroughly your issue they will surely find a way to help you.

This must have been some kind of bug so keep communicating with both your CS and don't give up, you will surely fix it ☺️
