On-time delivery & Revision situation

Hello friends, I hope everyone is doing well. I have a concern about the on-time delivery rate. I delivered a work to a client and she asked for revision. After that, I requested deadline extension. Does it count as late? Because the rate is going down and it’s marked as revision.

No it doesn’t count as late delivery. If you delivered initial very first delivery on time you don’t have to send time extension. 
Also your ratio will be affected only after the order is completed. It is not taken into account while the order is still open
