Sellers should be able to approve requests for orders.

Hi! I have been having the same issue over and over again. 

Some buyers start an order without even talking to me first to see if I'm capable of doing what they're asking for. Sometimes, I have to cancel an order and that affects my stats. 

I think the best way to prevent this is by having the seller "approve" the order the buyer is wanting to start. Just like buyers have to accept custom orders sellers send them.
