Will money refunded from a cancel order after a dispute as a buyer if the seller keeps declined to accept ?

Hi everyone,

I placed an order as a buyer a few days ago and I was not satisfied with the ended result so i requested to the seller to cancel the order but  seller keeps declining (my open dispute case)several times. Also the gig was expired yesterday and the seller didn't provide me as a final delivery the music project file, the stems and the appropriate length time  as it was required inside to the gig offer.  Now that  i paid for something expensive that i didn't even received it,  how can i get my funds back please? I can not find any fiverr customer support and your help will be more than welcome.

Also I have some very important questions:

When you open a dispute and seller keeps declining your request what's happening, am i loosing the funds ?

As a buyer if you open a dispute case and the seller doesn't decline your request after 48hours what's happening, am i getting back my funds?

**How can i get in touch with fiverr customer support? Is there any online customer support or anyone that could help me resolving my issue?

No. You will not lose funds. What you need to do is to go to customer support, let them know the seller didn't offer what you wanted and that you want a refund. Fiverr customer support will grant you a refund, they can't force you to accept a delivery, especially if it was not what you liked or worse, a partial delivery that's bad.

Even if the order is marked as complete automatically, Fiverr customer support can still refund you. I recommend going to customer support right away and explain the situation, and also ask for a refund. Keep in mind that Fiverr won't do a refund to the credit card. It gives you Fiverr credit, which means you still have to spend that amount on Fiverr. But at least you won't lose it, instead you can order other services.

If you're logged in to Fiverr in your browser, then just go to https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/ and choose the reason, explain the situation and go from there.

The money will appear in your Fiverr account. There's no Fiverr credit card. 

In fact, it's just Fiverr credit you can use for other orders.
