After project been delivered my client accepted time extending request .. what will happen next?

Hello everyone, 

so my client was waiting for comments from his client on the work final tests in order for him to approve me moving to produce the final deliveries, and because the time was getting shorter I requested an extension, of course my client approved moving to the final production stage, two days before delivery time, but didn't approve the dispute resolution but until after I delivered. 

now my order status is still showing as (in progress).

my question here, are my deliverables still count? or should I re-deliver to change the system status, and for the payment to happen?

If he already finalized the work,
and also as he accepted time extension so you need to submit the delivery again.
