Fiverr's Blue Badge of Verification

Please explain to me how some sellers on Fiverr get the blue badge. Is this a new feature? I did not notice this before.

When hovered on the badge I got this:

This seller completed our identity verification process, doing their part to keep our community safe and secure.

• Identity
• Email address
• Phone number

I need to get this badge. Please explain the steps to achieve this.
