Google Search console access.

I provide seo services and in most cases I need search console access to analyze data or diswav bad links. The question is how can I get access while sharing email is not  allowed.

Only For working purpose you able to share you m-ail. But If your intention is to work out-side the marketplace, there are Fiverr has guidelines in this case. This may result in your account being banned. 

And make sure that when share your m-ail that time describe the reason. Why you want to share your m-ail?

To need access anything from buyer side( Like Search console, Google Analytics access or permission), feel free to share. Which is perfectly fine and in line Fiverr has guidelines.
