please answer me, I'm very well at English but there was some question that was hard to answer. only 1 score left to pass the exam, my freelancing services are very must for me. im well in my skill. i passed my skill test

As far as I know, you can only retake tests every 90 days. They are hard (I guess), but that's the point.

If the questions are too hard to answer, you're not "very good at English." No fluent person would say "very well at English." 

The tests are there for a reason: to test your skills. You've done so, and the results are back: you don't have the required skills to work in your desired category.
